VulaViti Chilli Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary is a classic and everyone has their own version. We love plenty of Worcestershire, you can tweak to your taste, but this recipe really delivers a deep rich perfectly balanced heart starter.

Easier to build than the original and you should have most of the elements in your pantry. We use canned tomatoes and whizz them up that gives you a deeper flavour than just tomato juice, the spice is already in the Vodka so no need for tabasco!

You'll need

  • 60ml of VulaViti Chilli Vodka
  • 120ml of tomato juice ( use caned tomatoes whizz them up and add a dash of water)
  • 15ml of Worcestershire Sauce- or up to 30ml if you really like it
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Solid clear ice
  • Celery and olives for garnish

Tools

  • Cocktail shaker (or something similar)
  • Tall glass, or a nice big wine glass
  • Strainer (if not built into shaker)

Putting it together

Add a generous amount of solid ice to your cocktail shaker (ice that is not solid will melt too quickly and ruin the taste).

Combine the Chill Vodka, the Tomato Juice, Worcestershire Sauce  , and a pinch of pepper

Cap and shake vigorously to chill, add plenty of ice to your glass, strain over ice, add celery stick and olives for garnish.
