We are craft distillers who showcase Fiji’s natural beauty, botanicals, and water.
Our guiding principle in all our production is to utilise Fijian grown produce. We do not use essences, we do not add flavours created in a laboratory somewhere, and we distill our own neutral spirit from Fijian sugar cane products.
The process is laborious and takes time but gives us control over our total output—very much grass to glass. We know exactly what is going into our products, which allows us to produce gluten free fine liquor that we can be proud of.
