Our journey began in 1860, when our ancestors arrived on these shores to document Fiji's diverse flora. They fell in love with the islands' beauty and spirit, choosing to stay, to grow, and to weave their lives into the fabric of Fiji.
Today, we honor that 165-year legacy. As a Fijian family-owned distillery founded in 2019, we carry forward the botanical knowledge and passion that have shaped us across five generations. Every bottle we craft is a tribute to our roots—a celebration of the place we're proud to call home.

From Fiji's finest sugarcane to the freshest botanicals handpicked from local markets and farmers, every ingredient is a tribute to our home. Small-batch, slow-crafted, and distilled with care, our spirits are a labor of love. We ferment and distil our own neutral spirit and rum—pure Fijian Spirit, from grass to glass.
