In your highball glass, add your lime wedges and lime juice. Add 1 tsp of granulated sugar with the mint. Muddle these ingredients with a muddler. You can also use the end of a rolling pin. Be careful not to over-muddle the mint.
Fill your glass ¾ full with ice.. Pour KaloKalo white rum over the ice. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
You can use a regular spoon if you do not have a cocktail spoon. Top up with soda water according to your liking.
